Step 1 – To request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery due to receiving wrong or expired product(s), please submit a request with your order and contact details. Alternatively, you can use the Chat option to raise a request. For damaged or missing product(s), please raise a return or replacement request within 2 days of delivery.
Step 2 – Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.
Step 3 – Once we have reviewed your return request, our courier partner will be sent to collect the products delivered to you.
Step 4 – If our reverse pick-up service is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges either to your PayTM Wallet, Keth Wallet or bank account.
Step 5 – Upon receiving your product(s), we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that the availability of replacement will depend on stock availability.

How are returns processed?
Once you request a return, we will arrange for a pick-up of the item. Our courier partners will collect the item within 5-7 business days after receiving your return request. The item will then be brought back to our warehouse for quality control inspection. If the product passes the quality control check, a refund will be initiated.
Can I cancel my order?
One can cancel the COD or PREPAID order by sending us an email at support@kethlabs.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
For Prepaid Orders, Rs 100 will be charged as cancellation charges during the refund process. For COD Orders, Reward points will be deducted from the customer’s account which is equal to Rs 100.
If a Prepaid International order is cancelled, the customer is responsible for 5% exchange fees on the total value of the order, and the balance would be refunded to the original account. Order once dispatched from our warehouse, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. In case of rare occasions where your order is cancelled due to non-availability of stocks for over 30 working days, the full amount would be refunded back to the original payment method, and an email would be sent to you for the same. Orders cannot be altered once they are placed, they can only be cancelled, and you need to place a new order.

How will I receive a refund for my cancelled or returned product?
For prepaid orders, the refund will be returned to the bank account, credit/debit card, or the original payment method used within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will need to provide their bank details to receive the refund.
**The Keth Labs reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation from the customer and may verify any order before shipping by obtaining verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
